How resale works at De Singer
- What do I pay for a resale ticket?
- Just the price of a ticket on this site. There is no markup, nobody makes money by reselling.
- Is a resale ticket valid?
- Yes. You buy it directly from De Singer and get a new ticket with its own QR code. The seller's old ticket stops working at that moment, so nobody else can get in with it.
- Why not through another resale platform?
- We cannot check a ticket you buy outside our site. The seller can sell it more than once or still use the QR code themselves, and then you are at the door without a valid ticket. That cannot happen with our resale.
- Until when can I buy resale tickets?
- Until 24 hours before the show. Then resale closes and tickets that were not sold stay with their owner.
- I cannot make it. How do I put my tickets on sale?
- Open your tickets through the link in your order mail and choose "Put this ticket up for sale". If that does not work, get in touch with us. Contact us
- You only get back what you paid for those tickets (after any discount) once someone else buys them. First listed, first sold. Until someone buys them, your tickets stay valid.
