Ticket self-service
Enter the e-mail address and postal code of your order and choose the show. We will send your tickets again.
Enter your order number and the email address of your order and pick the show. You will get an email with a link to confirm the resale of all your tickets for that show.
If someone else buys your tickets, you get back what you paid for them through Mollie. Until then your tickets stay valid. Resale is possible until 24 hours before the show.
How does the waiting room work?
- Shows with a fixed presale start are sold through a waiting room, so the site stays available.
- The waiting room opens 15 minutes before the sale starts. The show page gives the exact time.
- Just leave the page open: it moves on by itself when it is your turn.
- When it is your turn, you have 10 minutes to complete your order.
